We’re building CoffeePing with our first users and your feedback is more valuable than your money right now. When we launch paid plans, beta users will get founding member pricing.
Anyone who signs up during the beta. When we launch Pro (unlimited contacts, unlimited emails, and more), it’ll be $49 for a full recruiting season. Founding members get a permanent discount on that as a thank-you for helping us build the product. The earlier you join, the better the deal.
Because we don’t think you should have to count emails during the most important networking period of your career. Credits create anxiety and force you to second-guess every action. We’d rather you send one more email than hold back because you’re rationing credits.
Your contacts and email history are yours. You can export all your data anytime as JSON, and you can delete your account and revoke all access whenever you want. We never read or store your email content.
Yes. We use AES-256-GCM encryption (the same standard used by banks) on all your credentials. We never read or store your email content. We request only the minimum Gmail permissions needed to send emails, create follow-up drafts, and detect replies from metadata. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

No — and you shouldn’t. CoffeePing isn’t a contact database. It’s what you use after you’ve found your contacts. Grab names and emails from wherever you source them — alumni databases, LinkedIn, networking tools, your own research — and add them to CoffeePing. We handle the outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. Think of it as the second half of your networking workflow.
