Yes. During the beta, contacts, AI emails, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking are all unlimited. The one cap is the work-email finder at 50 lookups a month, because each lookup costs us real money. No credit card required. We’re building CoffeePing with our first users and your feedback is more valuable than your money right now. When we launch paid plans, beta users will get founding member pricing.
Anyone who signs up during the beta. When we launch Pro (unlimited contacts, unlimited emails, and more), it’ll be $49 for a full recruiting season. Founding members get a permanent discount on that as a thank-you for helping us build the product. The earlier you join, the better the deal.
Your contacts and email history are yours. You can export all your data anytime as JSON, and you can delete your account and revoke all access whenever you want. We never read or store your email content.
Only three things: send emails you approved, create follow-up drafts, and detect replies from metadata. It cannot read the contents of your inbox. We passed CASA Tier 2, a Google-sanctioned independent security audit, in June 2026, and your credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the same standard used by banks. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

No, and you shouldn’t. CoffeePing isn’t a contact database. It’s what you use after you’ve found your contacts. Grab names and emails from wherever you source them (alumni databases, LinkedIn, networking tools, your own research) and add them to CoffeePing. We handle the outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking. Think of it as the second half of your networking workflow.
